I have become obsessed with Green Smoothies. A friend introduced these to me years ago but I was not feeling the greens in a smoothie?! Now, I am sold. I am not a huge fan of breakfast, but this is my new breakfast! It is a great way to get a few fruit and veggie servings in first thing in the morning too.
My current favorite recipe (thanks Emily) includes: frozen pineapple, greek yogurt, spinach, almond milk, splash of OJ.

Thanks for another mention Anna! I love green smoothies too, although mine usually end up more purple than green because of so many berries in them even though there is always spinach or kale also. They just make you feel so healthy like you have really done something good for your body that day!
